As anticipated in the previous newsletter, we want to introduce you to our surroundings which we are very proud of and which we absolutely recommend you to visit.

One of the most characteristic places and where you absolutely must stop are the Saline di Cervia, a protected natural area that extends for a third of the entire area of the municipality of Cervia.
Ours is a sweet salt and it is our brand, what identifies us. Behind the salt pans there is a story, made up of work, effort, ideas and of a community that over the decades has been able to square around its most precious asset, because of its identity, salt.
