Here is some fundamental information of the price list of our 3-star superior hotel in Pinarella.
Booking information
A DEPOSIT of approximately 20% of the total amount of the stay will be requested upon confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation for any reason, WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR to the day of arrival, the deposit will be FULLY refunded (via bank transfer);
- For cancellations related to personal reasons, during the last 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be retained instead.
CHILDREN FROM 0 TO 2 YEARS OLD, depending on the season of their stay, will pay only a small daily supplement in order to be able to provide them with quality services as well. In low season there will be no supplement, while in high season the supplement will be € 35 daily.
ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE from 12:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure;
The All Inclusive stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure;
MEALS NOT CONSUMED may not be deducted from the bill or recovered;
BEACH SERVICE: beach umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, if included in the quote, are assigned on the day of arrival by the beach manager. The first 3 rows near the water are excluded. For those interested in these positions, it is necessary to check availability and agree on the extra quote with the beach manager of the beach "Adriasol 111" at 0544 988587. The day of departure from the hotel is not included.
In case of ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE, the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights;
In case of POSTPONED ARRIVAL compared to the scheduled date, the customer is required to pay for the room in Overnight treatment, for each day of absence;
On the day of departure, it is compulsory to VACATE THE CAR PARKING PLACE by 10:00 a.m.
